The Aware Post Editor is accessible from the main menu > Posts & Scheduling. You'll see the Editor by default.

What can you do with this?
On the top, you'll see formatting options:
Bold
Italic
Strikethrough
Arrow (Right)
Arrow (Down/Right)
Em Dash
Bullet
On the bottom, you'll see media types:
Add image
Add video
Add PDF
Note, a "carousel" post is just a PDF upload post. We don't accept .ppt, .pptx, or other non-PDF file types. Also, if your video is too large, we'll warn you that it needs to be smaller.
On the right, you'll see 4 tabs:
Preview: a preview of your post as it'll look on LinkedIn
Hooks: a searchable list of templates for hooks, including some examples (each one is expandable)
Endings: the same thing as hooks, but these are ways you can consider ending your posts
Snippets: these are bits of text you create and store, and can easily re-add to posts, to save you time re-typing certain blurbs
Using the Custom AI Content Generator
Within the post editor itself, you'll also see a "Switch to AI" button. If you don't see this, please reach out to us! Your account needs to be enabled for it, you have to be on the Professional tier or above, and a custom model must be trained for your account by our team. Aware needs to have a library of at least 20-50, ideally 100+, posts on file for you in order to train a model on your specific voice.
If you want to use the content generator function, click that button and a Prompt box will appear:
We encourage you to think of the content generator function as providing you posts that are 65-95% complete, depending on the quality of your prompt and how close the content you're requesting is, to your core preexisting library of content. Edit, add, refine, humanize!
Setting Up a Post Scheduling Queue
Scheduling content for your profile becomes a breeze, with queue slots. Click the "Scheduled Slots" tab, then "Edit Slots", then add and select days/times that you want to post at:
As you can see, I like taking my time on Friday mornings a bit more, and even moreso on Sunday mornings. On Saturdays, I generally plan not to post at all, to be completely off LinkedIn :)
Working With Queue Slots
Set up time slots that work for you, bearing in mind the time zone displayed that we attempt to match to the location displayed on your LinkedIn profile.
Now, when you're in the editor, you can choose to simply "Add To Queue" if you want, so that you don't even need to manually choose your desired posting time:
The "Add to Queue" button will schedule the content for your next available Queue Slot.
To edit or remove the content in your scheduled slots, just go to "Scheduled Slots" and click on a post you want to manage:
Blue highlight means a post has been scheduled for that time, and you can click on it to bring up the draft. Blank means you can click on the slot to start a new post in that time.
